Our Hospital
Located in the heart of the Redcliffe Peninsula, around 28 kilometres north of the Brisbane CBD, Redcliffe Hospital is one of the five hospitals of the Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
Established in 1965, the hospital has a proud tradition of caring for its community. Today, the hospital continues that tradition as it delivers healthcare to a rapidly growing part of South East Queensland.
Redcliffe Hospital’s catchment area incorporates an area from Brighton up to Deception Bay, and west to Kallangur, including North Lakes. Since 1965, the Hospital has been growing in size, staffing, and service delivery as we continue to meet the evolving and changing healthcare needs of our community.
Redcliffe Hospital is a 250-bed regional hospital spread across a campus which now includes the Moreton Bay Integrated Care Centre (MBICC). In serving our community, the hospital provides healthcare services including medical, surgical, orthopaedic, cancer care, renal dialysis, maternity, neonatal, rehabilitation, older persons care, palliative care, paediatrics, and emergency care.

What is ''Raise it for Redcliffe"?
Raise it for Redcliffe provides the opportunity for patients and staff - past and present - as well as the broader community, to show their support and gratitude to Redcliffe Hospital and collectively raise much-needed funds for medical research, equipment and other initiatives that ensure patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
Redcliffe Hospital has been caring for its community for more than fifty years.
Since it began in the 1960s, Redcliffe Hospital has grown in size and the services it provides our community.
The RBWH Foundation, through the Raise it for Redcliffe Hospital initiative, celebrates that tradition of care by raising funds to bring new and cutting-edge technology to the hospital. Through your donations, Raise it for Redcliffe Hospital also makes possible life-changing medical research conducted at Redcliffe Hospital each year.
