Notta Grand Prix 2024

I’m raising it for Redcliffe

This year we want to wrap up the year with a fundraiser to support the Redcliffe Hospital. We have set the challenge of completing 520km around Lakeside Raceway - just over half the distance of Australia's great race, The Bathurst 1000! Ambitious? Heck yeah! Why? Because we have 6 hours to complete the distance in our under $4000 Hyundai Accent - it has not long left its 24-year role of the weekly shopping duties. Throw in a racetrack with other cars and driver skills, and there is our challenge!

Please follow our page as we provide details of the event and prepare to drive on Sunday, November 17th, at Lakeside Park (previously known as Lakeside International Raceway).

Your donations to my fundraising page will make a significant difference at the Redcliffe Hospital. They will fund crucial medical research, equipment, and other initiatives that directly contribute to the health and well-being of our patients.

Click 'Donate' to make a secure online donation and help us reach our goal. Every donation, big or small, will help me get there. Please donate today.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued a tax-deductible receipt via email as soon as you donate.

Thank you so much for your support!

It’s raining…a lot!

Sunday 17th Nov
It’s 24 hours from race day and it’s been raining cats and dogs! Tomorrow is the day and we're determined to make a lasting impact. We have prepared with a fresh set of tyres, fresh brakes and upgraded tow straps 😬. Rain, hail or shine, the Dusty Mows have set their sights on covering an impressive 520km in six hours. We're eager for success! The 'Raise it for Redcliffe Hospital' initiative, is close to our hearts, as it strives to provide funding for exceptional care to patients and their families. By donating, you'll be instrumental in driving positive change.  Be sure to check back tomorrow from 9:30am as we live stream the event. With the track conditions potentially wet and slippery, anticipation is building for an electrifying competition.
